The Lab Residency
The Lab - a multi-functional and multi-genre immersive performance space that supports art and culture while leading it in entirely new directions. The Lab has 50 square metres (That’s 14 million pixels) of LED screens and is curated to ensure a full range of artists will present their creations, from digital sculptors, bands and DJs, to theatre, dance and classical recitals.
During 2021 our collectives Slowmango and The Bait Fridge underwent a 7 performance residency. Each performance directed by a different member of our collective, our cast of 6 - 10 musicians and 10 - 15 performers created multidisciplinary performances of music, virtual animation, story and more.
These performances are ongoing and we’re continuing our relationship with The Lab.
